Quality assurance

As headhunters take on an increasingly strategic role, clients naturally want some kind of quality assurance. We're all for that. We were the first headhunters to gain the UK Investors in People accreditation.

We also subscribe to the code of conduct of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the worldwide professional association for retained executive search consulting firms. We are an active member of the AESC and were instrumental in developing its international dimension of this body.

 

We also routinely undertake an independent audit – taking a sample of assignments, looking at clients and candidates – to ensure we continue to offer quality service and satisfaction.
