Sounds like overkill?
Not when you're looking for candidates to take on the challenges of relentlessly advancing competition, globalisation, technology and regulation. You don't need this number of researchers to trawl a database. But we believe the need for perceptive analysis - and lateral thinking - has never been greater. So we employ more researchers. We seek out the most inquisitive and able. And we give them room to exercise their talents: each researcher works on no more than one assignment at a time.
