Quality assurance
As headhunters take on an increasingly strategic role, clients naturally want some kind of quality assurance. We're all for that. We were the first headhunters to gain the UK Investors in People accreditation, which we've now been re-awarded three times.

We also subscribe to the code of conduct of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. Indeed, we were instrumental in developing the international dimension of the the AESC, the worldwide professional association for retained executive search consulting firms.
