Our UK team
Our UK consultants are drawn from a broad range of backgrounds - including banking, strategy consulting, communications, the civil service, academia, telecoms, retailing and IT.
They are supported by over 20 researchers of exceptionally high calibre: most would be welcomed as consultants in other firms.
We were the first UK headhunter to introduce a graduate recruitment programme - each year we bring in three or four graduate trainees as well as a couple of established career researchers - and our reputation as the pre-eminent UK research-based consultancy helps us attract exceptional talent.
Worldwide connections
Our consultants have established specialist practice groups providing global coverage in specific sectors. And our researchers have their own global networks within the group. Reflecting the importance we attach to them, we also have a Global Research Committee that brings together researchers from the entire network for its annual conference.
