Darrell Mercer is soon to step down after 34 years of exemplary service as a Chief Executive.  Our new Chief Executive will take A2Dominion Group into the next phase of its journey, guided by our ambitious five-year strategic plan they will lead us at a time of significant challenge and change. We continue to reflect and react to the economic and social events that challenge our business, which often push many in our communities into real hardship requiring us to ensure our services and support are of the highest standard.

Our new CEO will have the opportunity to lead and represent this large and complex organisation, overseeing its £8bn worth of assets, its £300m turnover and over 1,000 employees. They will ensure we are an agile, commercially successful and impactful organisation, trusted and respected by our residents and partners. They will be a determined champion for those we serve, and amplify customer voice in decision making, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of A2Dominion Group’s residents and beneficiaries is absolutely paramount. This person will play an important role in shaping our culture and will bring the passion and energy to guarantee A2Dominion Group continues to evolve as a thoroughly modern, diverse and great place to work.
