Bromley Healthcare now looks to appoint a non-executive director to its board, who will also chair the Quality Committee, providing strategic assistance to the Board in ensuring that Bromley Healthcare delivers high quality, safe and effective services. The purpose of the committee is to carry out oversight and scrutiny of performance information to provide assurance to the Board that Bromley Healthcare is meeting:
• CQC fundamental standards of quality of care and safety;
• Bromley Healthcare’s own values of quality of care, patient-focus and devolving decisions;
• Financial, operational and workforce targets.

You will contribute strong strategic skills gained at board level, non-executive experience, and expertise in one of the following areas: clinical quality, patient-focused care, operations management, or social care. You will bring this experience from a commercial, healthcare, or public sector environment.

You will bring a keen interest in the healthcare sector and will be expected to demonstrate the values of Bromley Healthcare, and work within the requirements of the 6 C’s – Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment.
