Bromley Healthcare is one of the UK’s leading providers of community health services. Established in 2011 as a social enterprise, we have the advantages of the NHS with the freedom for innovation – able to reinvest any surplus that we make to upgrading our services for patients. We provide a range of community services across Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham – our reach continues to grow. Our unique approach has contributed to our success, making us patient-focussed and efficient.

Health and social care services are working together with the voluntary sector to provide more joined up and improved care for the people of Bromley. The name of this partnership is One Bromley. We are one of the partners and are committed to providing seamless and personalised care for people in Bromley. You can find out more about One Bromley here.

We are now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who can be responsible for our technology and technological resources. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will set our technology strategy for Bromley Healthcare, and lead the development of technology across the business. The CTO will also have a wider role within One Bromley Local Care Partnership as Digital Lead, working with the One Bromley Programme Director to develop and implement a wider digital and information strategy for health and social care in the area.

The successful candidate will bring experience in a technology leadership role, with experience of providing technology support and developing teams, as well as designing and delivering technology and digital strategies. With strategic vision and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to communicate externally with stakeholders, and work with external suppliers to develop best practice across the system and within the organisation.
