Capability Scotland provides a broad range of services for disabled children, young people and adults with complex and diverse needs across Scotland and has done so for over 70 years.

We are looking for an outstanding strategic leader who shares our vision and ambition for Capability Scotland. The successful candidate will be an experienced and inspirational leader with a strong track record of delivering first class results in a complex organisation, and who can display a genuine empathy for the issues facing disabled people today. You will also bring a demonstrable track record of leading transformational change, which will be required to take forward our 2018 – 2023 Strategic Plan with its ambitious set of objectives.
