We deliver services for young people, families and adults, across justice, social action, education and into employment. We are now looking to find an authentic, driven senior leader to be our next CEO. This is an opportunity to positively impact upon the lives of hundred of thousands of people every year.

Importantly, you will have a passion for our work and to deliver social impact, and will be a compelling communicator and ambassador, helping us to build our business development and relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be strategic, helping us shape the future direction of Catch22, and our role in the sector, and you will bring real commercial acumen to our not-for-profit business, in order to maintain our financial sustainability and longevity as an organisation. Finally, you will bring a commitment to our values: you will be a collaborative, empowering, compassionate, and curious leader, who will inspire our partners and teams to keep delivering valuable work.
