About this role

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Strategy and Partnerships will ensure the Centre for Ageing Better delivers on its new strategy ‘Transforming Later Lives’. Leading a highly motivated team, including senior experts in their fields, you will develop and oversee strategic partnerships, engaging with senior stakeholders in the private sector and localities. As a member of the Executive Team, you will also contribute to corporate leadership and management of the organisation.

About you

The successful candidate will bring a senior-level track record of developing and successfully delivering corporate strategies working in a policy-rich environment. Candidates will bring experience of building relationships with senior-level stakeholders across sectors, a track record of managing within a matrix structure and outstanding leadership skills. You will be a strategic thinker and proven collaborator, able to demonstrate a commitment to our vision, mission and values.
