Saxton Bampfylde is seeking outstanding Headteachers for two leading London preparatory schools.

The first opportunity is to lead a large, co-educational prep school. Educating over 600 pupils ages 2-13, the school is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of teaching, learning, and achievement for all pupils whilst fostering a caring, family atmosphere. Children here are taught to use their initiative, think independently, and work together to create an atmosphere of fairness, respect, and honesty. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Headteacher looking to scale up into a larger school or gain further experience of the London prep school market.

The second opportunity is at a small all-boys prep school of just over 100 pupils ages 4-13. The school has an excellent record of achievement at Common Entrance and Scholarship level, and prizes enthusiasm and commitment. This school encourages boys to develop self-respect, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility in a thriving values-driven community. The school prides itself on both the breadth of its education and the individual attention given to each boy. For this role, our client welcomes applications from experienced Heads, but equally encourages applications from Deputy Heads and Heads of Prep/Junior in all-through schools looking to take the next step in their careers.
