Reporting to the Chief Executive, Dr Susan Gilby, the in-coming COO will be an experienced operational leader of clinical services with a strong track record delivering both excellence, innovation and improvement. We are seeking candidates with the leadership credentials to work effectively through a strong team at scale and the ability to embed improvements across the Trust, working collaboratively with system partners in Cheshire West.
