We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead Dialogue Earth into its next phase of growth and influence. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the organisation’s strategic vision, building new partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful products. We are looking for a dynamic, visionary leader with a deep passion for environmental sustainability and the ability to inspire diverse teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience, with strong  commercial and financial acumen and a proven ability to build partnerships across sectors, secure funding from diverse sources, and drive revenue growth. Candidates will have exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to developing an inclusive and collaborative culture. Additionally, the candidate will bring a nuanced understanding of geopolitics and an unwavering dedication to harnessing journalism as a powerful force for positive change.
