Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational individual as Head of Monmouth School Girls’ Prep, a thriving IAPS day and boarding school for around 140 girls aged 7 to 11.

As one of the family of five Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools (c.1365 pupils), the school benefits from the financial stability provided by the William Jones’s Schools Foundation endowment. The schools are known for their strength of community, their commitment to academic excellence and their focus on supporting the wider interests and needs of each individual pupil.

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the border of England and South Wales, the school combines the friendliness and close pastoral care of a small school with the outstanding resources of its senior school, enabling it to provide an excellent, rounded education to all pupils.

The Head is a member of Monmouth School for Girls’ Senior Management Team and will work collaboratively across the five schools, particularly with the Heads of the Pre-Prep and Boys’ Prep.
