Working closely with the Chairman, Board and Managing Director, the CEO will implement Helpforce’s vision to embed volunteering across the NHS to give the NHS more time to care. With excellent influencing skills the post holder will need to motivate, encourage and bring energy to the delivery of our strategic objectives and goals with a real can do attitude and an aptitude for problem solving. The CEO will identify and adapt initiatives for volunteering working collaboratively with the NHS.

Helpforce are looking for an inspirational leader with a passion for the power of volunteering in our society.  . Energetic, articulate and determined s/he will need to demonstrate vision and have extensive experience of translating voluntary effort into high impact service delivery, ideally in a health care or other complex setting. The successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of the health and social care or voluntary sector and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leadership and building teams.
