We are delighted to be working with High Performance Learning (HPL) on the appointment of its first CEO who will work alongside the Founder, Deborah Eyre, who will be stepping back from the day to day running of the organisation and taking on the role of Executive Chair.

HPL Ltd is a social business that works with brave and ambitious headteachers and teachers to create High Performance Learning schools. High Performance Learning is an education system which helps schools move from some students learning at high levels to all students learning at high levels. HPL schools include UK state and independent schools and British International Schools world-wide. Some of the top performing schools in the world are amongst the early adopters and, more recently, HPL has started working with schools in more challenging environments. Much of the work and communication is virtual with a growing online presence, although face-to-face events and training also form part of the portfolio.

Working closely with the Executive Chair, the post holder will be responsible for leading HPL’s business activities for rapid growth, both in the UK and overseas. The impact of HPL’s philosophy on school achievement has been proven, this role is to scale up its operations, to support the rapidly increasing numbers of schools who wish to participate, and to ensure that they continuously improve their service and performance.
