At IAM RoadSmart we make better drivers and riders.

The Institute of Advanced Motoring is the UK’s largest road safety charity, and we’ve spent more than 60 years making our roads safer by improving driver and rider skills through coaching and education.

Our aims and objectives include:

• To improve the standards of driving and riding on the roads.
• To improve road safety.
• To administer a nationally recognised advanced test.

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, inspirational new CEO with the vision and commitment to lead us in our next strategy period. You will be ambitious for growth in income and our 82,000 strong membership, and will ensure the successful delivery of our services and campaigns. You will be a compelling communicator and ambassador, able to empower our network of volunteers and staff, and an experienced, senior leader who can bring both a values-led approach, combined with commercial acumen.
