This strategy will reduce a significant backlog of maintenance liability – the largest in the NHS. The in-coming Chair of Audit will work with the Board and its new Chair, Paula Vennells, to develop the Trust’s strategy and vision, enhancing its ability to deliver its ambitious goals of providing excellent care and outstanding clinical services within a modern estate. The remuneration payable for this role is £10,000 per annum. The successful candidate will receive future increases, as follows: £11,500 commencing 1 April 2020, and £13,000 as of 1 April 2021.
