We are seeking a new CEO to build on a solid existing platform and drive us forward through our next phase of growth and development to position the charity as a leading voice and the go-to organisation for older people facing financial hardship.

With significant strategic and operational leadership experience, ideally within a charity context, you will have a demonstrable track record in setting and delivering strategies and transformational change. As a strong ambassador and collaborator, you will have proven experience in building an organisational profile and reputation and establishing, developing, and maintaining significant partnerships. With substantial financial and commercial acumen, you will be proficient at budgeting and have a good understanding of income generation and voluntary fundraising.  Mission and impact-driven with a demonstrable affinity with our cause and our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, you will work collaboratively at pace to achieve real impact for the organisation.
