This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a proven, inspirational and ambitious leader used to operating in an environment that has scale and complexity, to make a real difference to the lives of students and staff at the University for years to come. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor and as a member of the Executive Board, the Executive Director of Human Resources will lead the strategic and operational development and delivery of Kingston’s long-term vision for their HR (People) strategy. They will lead the creation and implementation of plans, processes, programmes and services to recruit, develop and retain the University organisational talent at all levels and support the University’s academic endeavour. Kingston will rely on their expertise in fully understanding the strategic and operational landscape both within the sector and outside of the sector to ensure Kingston University can respond proactively and competitively to emerging people requirements.
