Langley House Trust is an innovative Christian charity that provides specialist housing, programmes and support services in the community, and targeted advice in prisons, for offenders seeking to live crime-free.
Formed in 1958, Langley House Trust is today a dynamic £13m organisation, working with around 800-1,500 people every year, and it has earned an enviable reputation for reducing reoffending with proven results. The Trust is a recent winner of 24Housing’s Care & Support Provider of the Year Award, and in September 2019 it secured Investors in People Gold Award for the second time.
Part of the Langley House Trust Group, Kainos Community runs Challenge to Change, a pioneering prison wing community and post-release mentoring programme. Clean Sheet is another important part of the organisation, helping people with convictions to find sustainable employment after prison. Regardless of a person’s history, the Trust’s passion is to change every life for the better. This passion to see lives changed for the better is what unites Langley House Trust staff and volunteers.
This is a critical time in the Trust’s history as it continues to grow and adapt, as well as help shape and respond to a ‘new normal’ for housing, care and support services in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The chosen candidate will ensure that continuous improvement is central to the ethos and outworking of the Trust’s mission and vision.
