Corporate Operations Director

Job Reference LLHTB
Closing Date Monday 10 Dec 2018

Langley House Trust’s vision is of a crime-free society where no-one is unfairly disadvantaged or excluded because of their past. As a Christian Charity founded in 1958 our passion is to change every life for the better. Since opening our doors 60 years ago we have impacted over 10,000 lives, helping numerous men and women to reintegrate into society and live crime-free. We have one of the lowest reconviction rates in the country; this is under 3% whilst people are in our housing.

Our services include specialist housing programmes, and support across the country as well as transforming lives through Challenge to Change, a pioneering prison-wing and post-release mentoring programme. In October 2018 we were proud to be named charity of the year in the Charity Times Award.

This is an exciting time of change and potential at Langley House Trust as we adapt to meet the needs of our clients whilst ensuring that services continue to be of the very highest quality.

We are seeking a Corporate Operations Director to lead our operations team. Working with the Executive Team, you will be a committed Christian who is able to provide expertise, strong leadership, and valuable insight to Langley House Trust. You will also bring experience of working with regulators, senior level stakeholders and external agencies.

Langley House Trust recognises the enormous benefits of a diverse workforce. We therefore actively and warmly encourage applications from a broad and deep range of backgrounds and experiences.
