The Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Spiritual Director is a new role and reports directly to the Headmaster. The post-holder will work closely with senior colleagues across the Senior and Prep school, ensuring a culture of spiritual curiosity and inclusion in the student and staff body, extending at times to the community. Responsibilities will include the provision of spiritual guidance to pupils of all faiths and none, leading worship, and promoting inter-faith work and dialogue. They will also lead on EDI initiatives across the School, developing an EDI strategy, policies and processes.

The successful candidate will bring evidence of significant spiritual leadership and community standing, as well as evidence of being involved in EDI initiatives. They should also have experience of working with young people from 2-18 years of age. With a calm, kind and engaging manner, this person will have superb communication skills. They will possess integrity and be empathetic and compassionate.
