As our next People Director, you will lead on creating the best possible working environment for our staff to be well supported, well trained, well led and valued. Your excellent communication skills, determination and personality will inspire and influence this to happen.

It’s a great opportunity; One that allows you to play a key role in setting the overall direction of the NAS in delivering its strategic and operational plans.  You will take responsibility for the continued development and impact evaluation of the NAS’ People Plan.  Our people plan covers workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, leaning and development, talent management, employee relations and organisational change and development.

Have you got what it takes?  A strategic understanding, and operational delivery, of people agendas and best people practices; the ability to embed people‐focused strategies and to deliver business objectives as well as a genuine interest in improving the life chances of autistic children and young adults through care, education and experiences.
