A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join us as Director of Operations. You will lead our largest team, providing a wide range of services and looking after resident’s homes across North London and Hertfordshire, and work as part of the Executive team and with the Board to develop and implement key corporate strategies and plans.

This is an exciting time to join Origin – with business transformation our top priority, we are working to create a brilliant customer experience, greater efficiency and enhanced capacity to expand our services and build over 1,000 new homes by 2021/22. This role will be critical to our success.

Experience in the affordable housing field and knowledge of the current operating environment for social housing providers is an essential requirement for this role, together with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
