PA Housing is a vibrant and growing housing provider.  Established in 2017 it is an award-winning registered provider of social housing, proving more than 23,000 affordable and quality homes across the Midlands, London and the South East.  Formed following the merger of two quite distinct organisations, it is proud of its diverse heritage and continued role of being a prominent provider of housing services to multi-cultural communities and of working at the forefront of equality and diversity in the sector.  Whilst it operates in regions which have stark differences in their local economies and competitive housing markets, it focusses on the need, even in the most expensive areas of the country, to urgently provide more affordable housing.

At a time of developing regulatory context and an increasing focus on the customer, PA Housing is committed more than ever to providing excellent services for its residents, and building positive community relationships across its neighbourhoods.  PA Housing has excellent working relationships with a number of local authority and developer partners, and is committed to completing development of up to 600 homes each year, whilst continuing to proactively invest in its buildings and infrastructure to improve fire safety and cladding.

Following the imminent retirement of its current Chief Executive, PA Housing is seeking to appoint a successor who will share its vision and values, social purpose and help it to meet the challenges of the current operating environment, whilst retaining a focus on modernising the organisation, driving up performance and overseeing the delivery of excellent customer services.

The new Chief Executive will join PA Housing at an exciting time.  They will guide the organisation in delivering its current Corporate Plan against the context of a sector which is seeing much challenge and changing priorities.  The Chief Executive will have the opportunity to lead and inspire this large and complex organisation, helping drive continual improvement to the impact it has across customer satisfaction and engagement.  Working with the Board, the CEO will developing the scope and strategic vision for the next Corporate Plan and ensure PA Housing is a commercially successful, innovative and trusted provider of housing and services for all its residents, now and in the future.
