Police Now’s mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase the public’s confidence in the police by recruiting, developing, and inspiring outstanding and diverse leaders on the policing frontline. Police Now trains graduates and career changers with leadership potential to become inspirational police officers and outstanding crime fighters on our National Graduate Leadership Programme and our National Detective Programme.

We are seeking a mission-driven strategic senior leader to become our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will advance the mission, strategic development and commercial development of Police Now across the policing and home affairs sector, and ensure that all programme work and resources develop in line with Police Now’s strategic plans. The CEO is the primary figurehead for the organisation and represents Police Now on a national level in the policing sector, the government, and the media. They are responsible for leading the Executive Team of Directors to deliver our innovative programmes of work.

We are looking for a leader who has both senior people management and commercial management experience and can bring clear commercial and strategic focus to the organisation. Of particular importance, will be the individual’s ability to build trusted relationships with partners and customers and to act as an inspirational leader for the staff within the organisation. The CEO will be an empathetic and innovative leader who champions diversity and inclusion and who can role model Police Now’s leadership principles and values.
