We are now looking for an exceptional individual to join us in the newly created role of Chief Education and Membership Officer. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to play an instrumental role in the integration and strategic development of two key departments that are central to the delivery of our new five-year strategy, which aims to expand our reach and influence.

The Chief Education and Membership Officer will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Education & Professional Development and Membership strategies, providing an integrated and expanded educational offer and increasing the organisation’s appeal and relevance to a wider and more diverse audience.

You will bring experience of membership organisations and higher education, leading the development and design of new propositions in this environment. A strategic and commercial thinker, you will be able to lead the organisation as part of our executive team and offer exceptional leadership to the teams being brought together under this new role. You will be able to communicate effectively to multiple audiences, managing external relations and internal operations.
