The Head of Learning and Public Engagement will lead the design, development and delivery of the Serpentine’s vision for learning and public engagement to provide meaningful and lasting learning experiences for a diverse public, thereby establishing the Serpentine as a centre of excellence within the sector. This is a new senior role within the organisation and is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, visionary, experienced leader from the worlds of international arts, education, public engagement or any combination of these.

The successful candidate will have experience of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial vision and developing plans to implement deeply ambitious activities effectively, ideally in a gallery setting. They will also have experience of leading and managing diverse teams.
