Surrey County Council is looking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic Executive Director for Adult Social Care and Integrated Commissioning. The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Leadership Team at Surrey County Council and will work in partnership with the Surrey Heartlands ICS and sit as a member of their executive board. This is a key position for both the local authority and health services, and an exciting opportunity to have a huge impact across a wide range of services that effect the health and wellbeing outcomes of our residents.

You will be an experienced senior leader with a background in social care, have a track record of delivering highly effective Adult Social Care, and be able to provide expert knowledge to the Leader and Cabinet. You will be able to demonstrate success in leading at significant scale in a complex, dynamic organisation. An inspirational leader, you will be an excellent relationship builder who can deliver exciting change and foster joint working across service and organisational boundaries.
