About this role

As a key part of the Law Society’s transformation programme,  the new role Executive Director of Member Experience will direct, shape and lead the Law Society’s membership service and experience through the creation and development of world class education, products and services.  They will grow membership value by improving member satisfaction and delivering an innovative commercial growth strategy, benefitting from the Society’s strong knowledge base.

About you

The successful candidate will bring significant strategic leadership alongside a creative approach to engaging with and growing member communities. Comfortable leading and delivering significant change and improvement, this person will have developed innovative learning and practice development products and services. With a proven ability to lead effective customer service teams, this person will build a culture of trust and creativity.
