At The Lord’s Taverners, our vision is that every young person can overcome the challenges of inequality and achieve their potential.
Founded in 1950, we now work across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential.
Our new three-year strategy, launched in the summer of 2022, will see the charity undertake whole organisational culture transformation with people development at the heart of all that we do, and in line with this, we are now looking for our new Director of People and Organisational Development.
We are seeking a strategic, dynamic and inspiring leader with the creativity, foresight, knowledge and capability to drive organisational change management through investment in the significant development of all of our people. This will be vital as we strive to become a more equitable, inclusive, diverse, effective and innovative organisation. As well as leading our Human Resource Management & Development resources for staff, you will be key in designing and implementing a national volunteer management and development programme, as well as engagement with members and non-member supporters.
