The role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is new at the University of Lincoln and is critical to the realisation of the University’s strategic goals. The CDO will advise the Senior Leadership Team on the development and use of digital technologies and infrastructure as an enabler to achieving their vision and objectives, supporting improvements in services and productivity and transforming the way students and staff work. Driving the University’s digital transformation, the CDO will ensure that services are designed around people and that digital opportunities are maximised in pursuit of these objectives.

The appointed candidate will be an experienced digital leader with a proven record of leading the design and implementation of digital transformation projects. They will have a thorough understanding of information management, as well as of current and emerging digital capabilities and as digital advocate, have the ability to generate multiple stake holder buy-in for customer-focused digital evolution that delivers outstanding value and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role contributing to The University of Lincoln as it continues its successful growth trajectory.
