Ayan Addow

Ayan joined Saxton Bampfylde’s research team in 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Cambridge where she read Psychology. At University, she was passionate about the diversity of students and the inclusion of individuals from all cultures. This inspired her to join Saxton Bampfylde, as the firm’s mission of changing the world through changing leaders is something that deeply resonated with her. Since joining the firm, Ayan has worked in the Education, Arts and Culture and Charity section.
