Jan Cresswell
Researcher
Jan joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher in 2023 after a career in education leadership. Her experience includes HMC, GSA and IB World Schools, latterly as Head of a high-performing independent senior school. She is a former member of the ISI Child Welfare Advisory Group. More recently, Jan has worked as a freelance consultant, advising on culture change, team development and strategic planning in a variety of sectors, both in and beyond education.
Jan is a Trustee of Autism Unlimited and Chair of Governors at Portfield School, a specialist autism school in Dorset. She read English with Theology at Durham and is pursuing her love of Renaissance art through the department of continuing education at Oxford.
