Katie Watkins

Katie joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2015 and has partnered on over 120 appointments across a range of sectors. Katie worked as an Associate Consultant in our Education Practice for over three years. This role included partnering on a number of Chair of Council and Vice-Chancellor appointments, as well as Heads of College in Oxford and Cambridge. She also advised on a number of appointments for UK Research and Innovation and organisations in the think tank space.
Katie now works in our research team having relocated to the Welsh border. She has supported our Executive Chairman on a number of aspects of business development, company strategy and our Board Practice. Katie has been a core member of Saxton Bampfylde’s Charity Committee since 2016. Outside of work she is a Trustee for Age UK Hereford and Localities. Katie volunteers her time with the OnBoard coaching scheme for young leaders seeking to take up board roles, as well as the Princess Royal Volunteer Corps.
