Leading executive search firm Saxton Bampfylde has expanded its Healthcare practice with the appointment of Wayne Bruce as Partner and Consultant. Previously based in Australia, Wayne has led and grown and subsequently founded specialist healthcare Executive Search consultancies in-country and expanded internationally. Wayne joined the team in August, following a move to London, and brings over 30 years’ experience identifying and appointing first class healthcare leadership talent.
The healthcare team will supplement its existing strong credentials through Wayne’s appointment. His key areas of focus will be: private equity- backed healthcare companies; corporatised medical groups; care sector including community care; and private hospitals.
Prior to Saxton Bampfylde Wayne founded Ccentric in 2001 focusing on key areas such as private healthcare, public hospitals, private equity backed healthcare and university-based healthcare. The business which operated in Australia, Asia and the UK became the leading healthcare specialist search firm in Australia. Wayne also spent 10 years at Lyncroft Consulting, where he led and grew the team across the country, expanding the healthcare offering as a key part of that work.
