Craig Buffkin

Craig Buffkin is the founder and managing partner of Buffkin/Baker, Saxton Bampfylde's international partner through Panorama. He leads the Global Media Practice and has completed search work at board, executive and senior level both nationally and internationally for a wide range of private, public, venture-backed, and private equity-back companies. Prior to search, Craig was a director in a national technology search firm with 5 offices and over 75 consultants. He has completed over 250 engagements while involved in both firms. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.


Stephen Bampfylde

Stephen is co-founder and Chairman of Saxton Bampfylde. He began his career working for IBM and Whitehall, where he spent nearly 10 years before moving into top level executive search. For 27 years he has been involved in the recruitment of executives to senior positions across all sectors. He helped establish the worldwide professional association AESC in Europe and was its international director for a number of years. Outside executive search, he has been involved with the advisory boards of the Business Schools at Cambridge and City Universities, is a Trustee of the Yvonne Arnaud theatre, and is former Chairman of the Guildford Cathedral Council. Stephen read Economics at Jesus College, Cambridge and studied corporate finance at London Business School..

Based in Germany, Carlos has over 14 years in executive search and has developed a functional search focus on the recruitment of executives for Sales/Marketing and CSO posts. His consulting practice centers on national and international companies that have or plan to have a focus on the digital/online domain. These include major international corporations and firms in the upper midsize market as well as e-commerce enterprises, online marketplaces and portals, online marketers, publishers, technology providers, gaming companies, media agencies, software manufacturers, mobile companies and start-ups.


Sunandan Bhanja Chaudhury

Sunandan is Managing Partner for Executive Access, Saxton Bampfylde's international partner through Panorama. Sunandan has over 20 years of leadership experience with multinational communication firms – President and Country Manager –Portland India, Sr VP in McCann Erickson ,VP in J Walter Thompson, Lowe Worldwide, Grey Worldwide, and Exec VP in Zenith Optimedia. He was one of the youngest Country Managers of a Multinational Company from the MBA batch of 1983, Faculty of Management Studies. Sunandan’s areas of competence span brand strategy and communication – he has worked closely with companies like Nestle, Heinz, Kellogg’s , Unilever, Motorola, Smith Kline Beecham, L’Oreal , DeBeers, Godrej , Boots, Eicher , Indian Airlines and Bank Am -he has expertise in building brand leadership and strategy planning, spearheading consumer insight. Sunandan is a graduate from St Stephen’s College and Masters in Business Management (MBA), Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
