Our current thought piece “Tomorrow’s Legacy: succeeding in family business” explores the dynamics of owning and operating a family business, specifically in relation to succession planning and leadership. Executive and non-executive leaders from organisations took part in this project, sharing their experience, and talking candidly about the challenges and opportunities when operating in a family business and the importance of strong leadership at both executive and board level as custodians of a business’ longevity.
