Jennifer Addo Researcher
Jennifer joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher in 2023, having previously worked for an insurance executive search firm where her interest in headhunting began. She works across a broad range of sectors and brings a passion for increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
She continues to play an active role in the firm’s governance, as Group Secretary to the Government practice, and sits on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Outside of Saxton Bampfylde, Jennifer is a Specialist Advisor for Action for Southern Africa (ACTSA). Jennifer holds a degree in Law from the University of Warwick.
