Belinda has been at the heart of Saxton Bampfylde for over twenty years, and it shows in the way she works. As project coordinator for the higher education practice, she oversees every stage of the appointment process, from the first candidate enquiry to the final stages of a search, ensuring that the experience for both clients and candidates is managed with care and consistency.

Beyond her work with the higher education team, Belinda oversees the firm’s in-house advertising facility, bringing the same attention to detail to how roles are presented as to how they are filled. In 2021 she was community-elected to the firm’s Board of Trustees, a reflection of the trust and respect she has built across the firm over two decades.
