Christabel joined Saxton Bampfylde’s research team in 2022, bringing a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion in executive search. A graduate of the University of Cambridge where she read English, Christabel plays a key role in the firm’s DEI Committee, helping to drive important diversity initiatives across the firm. In recognition of her values-driven approach and collaborative spirit, Christabel was elected by colleagues in 2025 to serve as a Trustee, championing our inclusive culture and representing the collective interests of all employees.
