Every organisation is different, and taking the time to really understand what an appointment means for their values and mission is what makes this work so compelling.”

Rosie Kerr Project Co-ordinator

Rosie Kerr is a Project Coordinator at Saxton Bampfylde, working across the Arts & Culture and Social Impact sectors. Since joining the firm in October 2024, she has supported a wide range of appointments, bringing organisation, care, and attention to detail to each stage of the process.

Working hybrid between her home in Bristol and the London office, Rosie has a particular interest in Arts & Culture, shaped by her love of art, museums, and heritage. She is especially motivated by the role cultural organisations play in enriching communities and preserving shared histories.

Rosie contributes to the firm’s Social Sector team and sits on the Charity Committee, supporting initiatives that strengthen the firm’s community engagement and social impact. Outside of Saxton Bampfylde, she volunteers as a Gallery Curator at Bath Cats and Dogs Home, combining her creative interests with her commitment to meaningful causes.

Rosie is drawn to work that connects values with leadership, and to organisations whose missions create lasting positive change.
