Sophie joined the firm in 2022 as a Project Coordinator supporting a range of consultants across different PCT seats. Working across multiple sectors gave her a unique opportunity to gain broad insight into the firm’s work and develop a strong understanding of the search process.
Sophie is now Executive Assistant to Stephen Bampfylde, Founder and Chair. After a year in the role, she also took on the responsibility of Secretary to the Board of Directors and the Trustees Group, helping to ensure both groups run efficiently and effectively. In this capacity, she supports governance processes, coordinates meetings, and works closely with senior leadership. In 2025, Sophie was appointed Team Leader of the Project Coordinator team. Alongside her existing responsibilities, she now oversees the team, supporting their development and helping to ensure the successful delivery of projects across the business.
