Anna Lee People Assistant
Anna works as our People Assistant supporting partners across the firm. She plays a key role in keeping people processes running smoothly while reflecting the firm’s values and culture. Having previously worked at the company as a Project Coordinator and Team Leader her experience gives her a practical understanding and insight of how our teams work.
CIPD Level 5 qualified, Anna is particularly interested in the impact that people and culture have on the health and performance of an organisation. She believes that people are central to what makes a business successful and enjoys being involved in projects that improve how the firm works day to day.
Before joining Saxbam, Anna spent several years as an Executive Assistant. She holds a degree in Management and French from the University of Nottingham.
