Caroline Stewart Researcher and Chair of Trustees

Caroline joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2004 as a researcher, Team Leader and a Consultant. After seven years, she then spent almost two years at Tesco in Group Resourcing, returning to Saxton Bampfylde in 2013. Caroline brings commercial understanding to our projects and genuine curiosity about the wide variety of sectors Saxton Bampfylde works in.
In addition to her researcher role, Caroline was appointed a Director to the Board in 2019. After stepping down in 2023, she became Chair of Trustees in 2024. She sees this as a vital role in protecting and nurturing the values and culture of our employee-owned firm. Prior to joining Saxton Bampfylde, she had a career in retailing and stockbroking (SG Warburg and James Capel) and read Economics and Finance at university.
