Cassandra Woolgar Business Psychologist
Cassie is a Business Psychologist at Saxton Bampfylde, partnering with clients to support leadership assessment and talent development. Her work focuses on helping organisations understand the qualities that enable leaders to succeed, across both executive and non-executive roles. She combines structured psychological assessment with thoughtful judgement about suitability for the role but also the wider context of the organisation and long-term potential.
Cassie joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2018, bringing experience from roles in business psychology across corporate and not-for-profit organisations, she still enjoys working across a wide variety of sectors. Cassie has helped organisations identify the capabilities required for success and supported individuals to understand their strengths and development areas.
Earlier in her career, Cassie held research roles at the University of Oxford and within local authority education departments, as well as management positions in charities and the NHS. These experiences continue to shape her interest in how organisations create environments where people can perform. She holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Bath and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
