Eliza is an experienced Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant who joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2022, after working at a Financial Services search firm. She has supported two Heads of Practice during her time at Saxton Bampfylde, working across a number of key practice groups.
Since 2024, Eliza has been part of the Private Sector Practice while also providing dedicated executive support to our CEO, Kate Ludlow. Eliza brings a versatile and proactive approach to her role, combining meticulous search coordination and logistics management with trusted senior leadership support. She is particularly valued for her ability to manage complex priorities while maintaining a strong focus on both search delivery and internal operations.
Eliza is an Oxford Media & Business School graduate, where she achieved Distinction Honours in the Professional Business Diploma.
