Erjona Shalaku Researcher
Erjona joined the research team in 2026 following her degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham.
She is particularly interested in how leadership behaviours translate into real-world impact, and finds her work most rewarding when it helps someone gain clarity and move forward with confidence. Erjona loves the breadth and depth of individuals she gets to speak with everyday.
