Grace joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher in May 2026, based in the London office. She read Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, where she developed a close interest in how societies function and the role strong leadership plays in shaping them.
Before joining the firm, Grace helped establish a community project, an experience that reinforced her belief in the value of genuine connection and building relationships that last. She brings that same instinct to research, combining curiosity with rigour to help identify the right leaders for each organisation.
